With 8 years of dedicated meditation practice, I have immersed myself in various techniques and traditions to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and holistic well-being. My journey began with using yoga to help alleviate backache, and over the years, it has evolved into a profound commitment to exploring and sharing the transformative power of meditation.

 

Throughout my practice, I have gained deep insights into the art of stillness, breathwork, and mindful living. I have had the privilege of guiding others on their paths to self-discovery and tranquility through structured meditation sessions and personalized guidance.
